Three Christian Horse Romances now in Paperback

I’m pleased to be able to share that over September I was able to get three of the four Christian Horse Romances into paperback form up on Amazon. Within the space of a week I had two different adult readers ask about paperback versions for B and B.

I took that as a nudge toward needing to get that book available in something other than an electronic version! And so I prioritised getting the standalone novel up in paperback version. Once I got my proof I was rapt to be able to approve it for release.

Now E and E (the story of Ella – Brooke’s daughter in B and B) is available as well as Refuge. Next up? I will be working on The Horse Missionary, the fourth Christian Horse Romance that I have published at this point in time.

I have another to go into this category that is around 3/4 written and last month came up with the idea for another of these adult focused horse romances… and there are actually three others that have been started but not yet finished! So stay tuned for further news of more Christian romance reads featuring horses for the adult reader. But for now, if you prefer to physically hold a book, know that you can for these three books! 🙂

Reflecting on 2022 Achievements

I was reading my bible plan recently that is set out chronologically for me to read the whole bible in 365 days. And it was at 265 days. It is now less than 100 days until the end of the year and I feel there is so much to do!

Now it would be easy to get overwhelmed with this, but instead it is worth focusing on what has already been achieved. I have four young children at home – one of whom was born 6 months ago – and I work 4 days a week. Life is full and busy! And yet, I am rapt to have made further progress with my writing and publishing journey in 2022:

Looking at the above list, I can see that it has truly been a productive year around work and a young family. I am pleased with what has been achieved. But I am also looking forward to NaNoWriMo in November! I am keen to finish another novel to publish this year or early next year.

Free Rein #18 has been well and truly started and I’d love to finish this. But I also have another Christian Horse Romance, The Chemistry of Horses that I would love to finish! And the third book in the Bridge Next Door YA series has also been started.

And if I’m being honest, it’s usually a completely new story that steals the thunder and gets written and complete in these monthly writing ventures… 🙂 So here’s to a strong finish for 2022, whatever story it may be!

B and B (Christian Horse Romance) available as a paperback

Hi everyone!

Life is still incredibly busy my end with four young children and a part time job that occupies my time. I currently find I have moments with so many ideas, but not quite enough time to implement them! So I am very pleased to be able to share that B and B (Christian Horse Romance) is now live on Amazon as a paperback, as well as a Kindle version!

Within the space of a week recently, I had two adults request a paperback version, indicating they weren’t such fans of electronic books. So it seemed it was time to make B and B available as a paperback!

Opting to use the Kindle cover and a very straightforward plain coloured back and spine for the book, it was easy to generate a cover on Amazon and format the book for a hard copy. The print proof arrived this week and I was pleased to be able to approve the book!

Unsure what the book is about? Here’s the blurb:
Things are changing… Ben likes his life at Happy Trails. As a trail guide on a property in Australia he doesn’t have to work hard to make friends. All he needs to do is make sure his clients are safe on their horses and have an enjoyable ride. Ben can manage that. He loves that he can work with horses all day, every day. The humans are an added annoyance but he only has to deal with them in short bouts. The new cook hired for the farm looks like she could be a complication. Ben is averse to change and he is certain her arrival means change.

Brooke knows the trial position as cook at Happy Trails is a blessing. She needs a job to support herself and her daughter – the fact that she can cook for an income is an added bonus. If she can just avoid the interest of trail guide and jokester Jake, she’ll be fine. After all, she isn’t interested in a new male in her life. She just wants to focus on her daughter and make a future for them.
So now B and B is live on Amazon for those who like to be able to physically hold a book :). I am working on E and E currently and hope to have all four Christian Horse Romances available as paperbacks in the near future.

Made by Design (Free Rein #16) Live on Amazon

August 10th, the next book in the Free Rein series was made live – yay! I just wanted to be able to share on here that the book is now available for purchase or free to read on Kindle Unlimited, like the other fifteen in this series.

This feels like the end of a season, as it’s the last book that focuses on Jacqui’s journey before High School. From book 17 onward, the focus will be on her High School years!



When I first started this series, I thought I may pen around 12 books in total. Whilst it seems the end of Jacqui’s primary/pre-teen life has be finalised in book 16 of the series, book 17 is already written and edited – stay tuned for release details in the near future! But for now, why not check out number 16?
