Blessed to Write

Ride and Tie (Free Rein #19) has been live on Amazon for two weeks and has received it’s first review. It’s lovely to get a five star review! And even nicer to read why someone enjoyed the book so much 🙂

My granddaughter and I absolutely love this series and anxiously await for the next one each time we’ve finished a book. There is tons of information about horses as well as a fun story about 5 friends. We started reading them when my granddaughter was 11, which was the age of the kids. They are now 14 and so is she. It is unusual to find this kind of a book – inspiring, informational, and fun. I highly recommend it.”

For a series that I wrote the first two books in a week and then considered maybe writing 12 overall, it is lovely to have reached the release of book number 19. Here’s what it’s about:

Jacqui is surprised to learn about a different horse riding event at this month’s riding club. The Ride and Tie event involves two people and one horse. They make up a team of three, rotating between riding the horse and running to cover a long distance.

The riders are introduced to this new event at Riding Club and told they will be partnered up to compete against each other. Who will she be paired with? And whose horse should they ride? With this last-minute declaration, which team will win?”

I read this review last night and put together an Instagram post to share! As I was looking for an Instagram template on Canva, I came across a simple image that had Blessed… something, on it and a nice blue paint background. And I suddenly thought. I’m blessed to write.

I am so very blessed on account of many things! But I love that around my family life, my part time job and other activities, I can write in the evenings.

I love to write, love sharing about horses, love education and sharing my faith! When I can combine all of those things into a story, well I truly love that! An added bonus, is that the stories I create, can appeal to others. Definitely, blessed to write.
