Author MaryAnn Myers has just recently finished reading Horse Country and given it a five star review! Of the novel she said:
“I admit, I kept getting the characters confused in the beginning. I’d have to go back and trace their steps, so to speak, reacquaint myself with their situation, the horses, their purpose. My favorite character was Lise. I think this book had appeal for both young and old. I think if you love horses, you’ll like it even more. The horse aspect is right on and entertaining, particularly with the added aspect of the story taking place in Australia. I highly recommend it.”
